Our two tough superheroes…Optimus Prime and Iron Man. They cracked me up with their excitement over candy, candy, candy!! Aaron wishes he was here for that reason too. I think he's lost at least 15 pounds already. When I asked him about it, he grinned and said, "Well, I'm walking everywhere and there isn't much sugar around. I've looked for candy but it's like 8 bucks a chocolate bar!" For those of you that know Aaron well, you understand what a candy freak he is. (He probably won't appreciate me calling him that, but if the shoe fits…ha!) So I'm stocking up on sweets for his return. Figure we'll really throw his body into shock :)
Our Halloween consisted of carving pumpkins, walking down Main Street gathering candy from local businesses and attending a harvest carnival with friends. The boys had fun riding horses, jousting, and playing all sorts of games.
