Of course, it goes without saying that the best part of Christmas this year was having Aaron with us. We enjoyed Christmas morning in our little cabin with our little tree and our little frozen creek out the front door. The number of presents we surrounded our tree with however, was
not little! Aaron and I had fun this year watching the boys rip into their tediously wrapped presents and shriek over the copious amounts of bubble gum and candy we crammed into their stockings. Some friends joined us for breakfast and by late afternoon we were headed to Helena. The trip was quiet minus our youngest deciding to "bless" us with all the candy he'd consumed during the day. We showed up at Aaron's parents house with shouts of "Merry Christmas…move out of the way!" as we carted Titus (booster seat and all) straight into the bathtub. After cleaning up, we feasted on a wonderful dinner and tore into a few more presents!

We spent a lot of time outside sledding and the boys kept us laughing with their impressions of Randy in A Christmas Story..."I caaaaan't get up!"

A funny Titus story for you ~ Aaron and I grew up watching Saturday morning cartoons. Remember when cartoons were only on Saturday mornings and there were only three channels to choose from? Anyway…after consuming some bright blue candy, Titus exclaimed, "I ate a Smurf!"
Our time also consisted of a first date since Aaron has been back. Ate amazing steak and reveled in the quiet of dinner alone.
It was a really good week.
